2. Nature of Service
UMMIUP provides OTC cryptocurrency buying and selling services. No financial advice is provided.

3. KYC / AML Requirements
UMMIUP conducts identity verification to comply with Australian AML/CTF laws. Required information may include name, date of birth, address, ID, selfie verification, and proof of address.

4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, avoid illegal activity, secure their own wallet, and provide correct wallet addresses.

5. Transactions
Transactions are confirmed once payment is received, verification is completed, and price is locked. UMMIUP is not responsible for blockchain delays or incorrect wallet addresses.

6. Fees & Charges
UMMIUP charges transaction fees and market-based spreads, disclosed before confirmation.

7. Chargeback Policy
Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Chargebacks are not allowed. Fraudulent attempts may result in account ban, reporting, and legal action.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds after crypto is sent. If payment is made but crypto not delivered yet, cancellation may be requested. Duplicate payments are refunded after verification. Suspicious payments may be held until compliance clearance.

9. Limitation of Liability
UMMIUP is not liable for volatility, blockchain delays, wallet hacks, incorrect addresses, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to the service fee amount.

10. Account Suspension / Termination
UMMIUP may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, fake documents, or violation of terms.
